Eligibility:

All playing members of participating teams MUST be able to establish their origin from, or relationship with, the state of Kerala in India . Specifically, a player must have been born of at least one Malayalee parent.

Board of Directors:

The Board of Directors are to up hold THE VALUES AND By-Laws of the league and maintain uniformity of all actions and decisions made by the league.

Board Member Eligibility:

Members team should be in the league for over 10 years and the member must attend at least three league meeting which would give experience and historical information of the league.

The Leagues founding fathers are Thomas Philip of Dallas , Tom Kalayil of Chicago and The Late Lukose Naduparambil of New York .
